During our 4 years at our last provider we were never treated like you treated us in one day. I made one call to Mr. Cook and within a twenty minute time frame he not only met with our family, but an entire board room was filled with staff, nurses department heads and each one of them stopped what they were doing and made time for us. You empathized with our situation and were eager to learn about Tiffany in efforts to provide the best care you could to her and to our needs. You gave us choices and paid attention to our needs and offered solutions to help us.
